Advertising Agency – Global Account Services Team

A global advertising agency urgently needed to build its account management team upon winning new business with an international client. Optia was able to expediently introduce 10 finalist candidates leading to the hire of an Account Director and 2 Account Executives.

Our client, a global advertising agency won a new piece of business from an international client. They did not have a team in place to provide 100% service to the client. We were approached to find an Account Director and two Account executives capable of exceeding the client’s expectations. Optia targeted 7 competitive agencies to our client and interviewed over 23 candidates in 4 weeks for the roles. Based on our pre-screening, pre-qualifying, Optia was able to recommend 3 candidates for the AD level and 7 for the two AE roles. Optia was successful in completing the team hire and coordinated salary and start dates to ensure the agency’s client’s expectations were met.
