Max specializes in executive search in the e-commerce, web services, online media space across all key functions: marketing, sales, account management, design and development. Constantly aware of recent market trends he focuses on assisting multinationals entering the Japanese market, placing executive and management level talent into the world's most innovative and trend-setting companies. Max's deep understanding of the e-commerce industry was built during his work in Europe where he was responsible for managing sales accounts and B2B e-commerce marketing initiatives for a European fashion company, Camper.
Entering the Japanese market in 2007, Max worked servicing the finance industry in a sales and marketing capacity, during which time he developed key relationships with industry opinion and business leaders. His network can be leveraged to conduct search for clients and offer business connections unparalleled in the online industry.
Originally from Mallorca, Spain, Max moved to Cambridge to complete his studies and then graduated from one of Europe's leading universities, Cass Business School in London with an Honours degree in Bsc Business Studies focusing on Marketing.
Max is multi-lingual speaking English, Spanish, German and Japanese.
