Ryo started his recruiting career in an internationally renowned executive search firm, where he trained to a professional level. He has brought a wealth of local market experience and knowledge to Optia Partners and he has placed over 100 executive candidates.
Ryo excels in developing strong relationships with clients especially in the marketing, sales, supply-chain management, quality assurance and business planning departments of the consumer goods (FMCG and OTC) industry.
