Born in Tokyo Japan, Ryo graduated from one of Japan`s most prestigious leisure, hotel colleges, where he majored in Service Marketing.
After graduating, he started his career in the entertainment industry.He was quickly promoted to General Manager in Strategic Marketing and People Business Development.
As he was enjoying the people business development part of his work, he decided that Executive Search was his ideal calling and joined Optia Partners specialize in recruiting for Consumer Goods in the FMCG Industry . Ryo has brought a wealth of local market experience and knowledge to Optia and has become and integral part of the Advertising and Consumer team.
Ryo excels in developing strong relationships with clients especially in the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance departments of the Consumer Goods(FMCG and OTC) industry.
