Initial Meeting
If you’re an experienced recruiter, we encourage you to discuss the distinct advantages of working at Optia. We are confident in saying that we are the best executive search firm for experienced recruiters in Japan. Our initial discussions would be based upon explaining our organization, why we are different to most other firms and seeing if our company is a good fit with what you are looking for.
If you’re new to executive search, we will mainly be looking at your background, career interests, explaining executive search and our organization. Hopefully by the end of the interview we will both know if Optia is the right place for you.
Further Meetings
If the initial meeting goes well, we would invite you for further talks, to determine if executive search and Optia is the right place for you. We will both be looking closely to see if you posses the right qualities and attributes to be successful in executive search and give you a chance to meet more of the team and get a feel for the work environment.
Orientation
Throughout the meeting process and upon starting at Optia, we will be careful to explain our company organization and culture, company protocol and what would be expected of you to become successful at executive search. We encourage you to ask questions along the way and would like to hear your frank opinions and honest feedback.
