Temple University

As well as their wide selection of continuing education programs, Temple University offers beginner and intermediate English courses in the evenings and weekends. Courses are reasonably priced and usually run for 40 hours total. They also offer Japanese language courses at beginner and intermediate levels.

The Institute for International Business Communication

IIBC, a non-profit organization under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry - (METI), was established in February 1986 to promote effective communication in the global business arena. IIBC engages in a wide range of activities with an emphasis on TOEIC.
