The initial client interview is conducted with several key objectives in mind:
Target lists will be prepared and cross referenced. Marketing and presentation materials will be compiled by the search team to introduce to prospective candidates.
The search team will begin the process of identifying prospective candidates, leveraging Optia’s extensive database, engagement of a planned referral process and continuous industry networking.
All candidates are carefully interviewed and introduced if they are appropriately qualified, genuinely interested and meet other critical requirements in regard to timing, salary and location.
Reference checks on the finalist candidate(s) will be conducted according the clients preferred method.
The team will work with the client and mediate between the client and candidate where necessary to ensure smooth offer letter negotiations.
The team will guide and advise the candidate through the resignation process and maintain contact and support until the decided start date.
