MBA Preparation Agencies
There are several agencies in Tokyo which can assist with preparation and entry into the top US and European MBA schools and B-level MBA schools. Two well known ones are CoEC and Kaplan.
CoEC
CoEC is the only fully comprehensive and completely free overseas education agency in Japan dealing with all UK Universities along with the top 120 international executive business schools. Expertise combined with a free service has enabled CoEC to grow impressively, and is now processing more university applications to top universities than any other agency in Japan.
CoEC offers free advice and counseling with applications, resumes, English evaluation testing, accommodation, visas and other procedures to help get you in the universities of your choice. The Tokyo office also offers IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT preparation classes as well as one to one specialized English language courses for preparation to enter university, however there is a service fee attached to these services.
Kaplan
KAPLAN is one of the largest growing schools in education and career services and has strong presence in the United States and Japan. They offer many programs in Japan for reaching higher education and achieving career goals, including courses in GMAT, SAT, GRE, LSAT etc. for overseas MBA preparation. They also offer free MBA seminars once to twice a month and free consultation for those who are too busy to attend the seminars. Additionally Kaplan offers GMAT/GRE video computer courses which enables self paced study and is useful for people who need intensive study over a short period of time. Kaplan is a member of the Washington Support Group and is highly respected world wide.
