Optia sets its business model around the formation of industry teams of 5 to 6 members. We find this to be an optimum number – small enough to work efficiently with enough ‘recruiting’ space for each consultant and large enough to comprehensively cover the active clientele and candidates within each market. Industry groups often merge at synergetic points especially with the identification of candidates for functional roles in HR, accounting, legal and IT.
