- What kind of roles do Researchers play at Optia?
The function of a Researcher is to work within one of our industry practice teams, identifying candidates for our clients - fortune 500 foreign capital firms in Japan - with an emphasis on candidate sourcing and appointment making. Additionally, researchers support our industry groups by researching industries via various media sources; database management; coordinating meetings with clients and candidates, and general administration.
