Todd Raikes
Senior Industry Specialist & Life Sciences Group Manager

Todd is leading the Life Sciences Team covering the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. With a large network, he is able to bring together the right people for roles at any level. He brings a unique approach to this having come from a clinical background.
Todd graduated with an M.S. in Oriental Medicine and became licensed in the U.S. as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. In 2003 he came to Japan for a Doctoral Internship and worked at a hospital for 4 years. During this time he completed his dissertation for his Ph.D. In 2007 he began recruitment consulting, applying his experience working in the clinical setting in Japan to better serve his clients and candidates.
With a strong people focus, Todd works diligently to ensure that all his clients and candidates have the best possible experience throughout the hiring process. Success is creating a win-win situation where all parties benefit and move forward with positive momentum.
