Optia Partner's Professional Services Team Overview
Optia Partner’s Professional Services Group covers four core functional areas: Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance and Internal IT. Working closely with client companies across a wide range of industries, the Professional Services Team operates occupationally, providing the best bilingual professionals for each of these critical business functions. The team is well positioned to conduct searches at all levels from Director and Partner level to staff and mid level specialists
The Professional Services team works closely with the other industry teams within Optia Partners, allowing candidates access to a variety of interesting positions amongst all of the major business sectors. The team strives to identify challenging and rewarding positions for candidates and takes the approach of maintaining long term relationships as occupational specialists in their areas.
Finance and Accounting
Our Finance and Accounting specialists conduct searches across all industries for high level positions including CFO’s, Finance Directors and Controllers. In addition, we conduct searches for operational support functions such as General Accountants, Financial Analysts, Tax and Audit professionals, and general administration staff.
Human Resources
Optia’s Human Resources practice is lead by one of the top recruiters in the field, whose experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the different functions within human resources management. Our team members are well positioned to execute searches at all levels including: human resource directors, administration heads (CAO), and specialists in compensation and benefits, payroll, recruiting, and training.
Legal and Compliance
Our Legal & Compliance specialists service law firms, financial institutions and corporations across all key industries looking to hire the best lawyers, compliance officers and legal staff in Japan. We strive to identify rewarding positions with career potential at these leading firms for Japanese bengoshi, foreign lawyers, paralegals and compliance professionals.
Internal IT
The Internal IT recruiting team focuses on working with our clientele to help build their in-house IT teams and divisions, whether it be a small 20 person operation looking for its first IT Manager, or a large Securities Firm with over 200 IT professionals. Positions covered include CTO, IT Directors, IT Managers, Network Specialists, Applications Specialists, DB Administrators, Analysts and Programmers amongst others.
