Nick's specialty at Optia Partners is executive search in the Electronics industry, covering Semiconductor Devices, Embedded Systems, EDA and related technologies. Nick works with a large network of leading multinational firms, helping them grow their operations with the best bilingual talent in Japan's electronics industry. Functional coverage includes (Country) Management, Sales, Marketing and Engineering.
Nick is originally from Malta, and was schooled in England. He graduated from Guildhall University, London majoring in Accounting and Finance before going on to work at PricewaterhouseCoopers. After a couple of years at PWC, Nick made the decision to take on a more entrepreneurial career path and became owner/manager of a "Dive and Film" company in Fiji for 4 years, and a Residential Property Management company in Malta for 9 years.
Nick is multi-lingual and speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French and Maltese fluently, as well as daily communication level Japanese. During his free-time, he enjoys golf, snowboarding and any form of water sports.
