Candidate Registration Process


01 Registration

You can register your details and create an account HERE. Once we identify a position that matches your background, we will contact you with the details. Alternatively, you can simply apply for a position listed in our job postings or contact one of our recruitment consultants directly. The entire process is free.

02 Consultation

Once we identify a match between the position you seek and openings at our client companies, we will arrange a time to meet with you. By meeting you and learning more about your experience and needs, we will be in a position to advise on the following:

  • Current position openings in the market.
  • Experience and skill requirements for the position you are interested in pursuing.
  • English language skill requirements for specific positions and companies you are interested in.
  • Writing a great resume to maximize your chances of getting an interview.
  • Industry compensation levels, commensurate with your skills and experience.

03 Position Matching

Once we understand more about your background and your career goals, we can begin to present career opportunities to you.
It's not a problem if you are not ready to make a career change now. We want to start a dialogue with you regardless. We work with hundreds of global companies, and we are in regular contact with hiring managers. This allows us to keep you informed of market trends and new career opportunities as they arise.

04 Introduction to our Client Companies

After we have identified positions you are interested in applying for, we will introduce you to our clients. Because of our strong relationships with our client companies, there are several advantages to having us represent you as a candidate. These include:

  • We present your resume to our clients, but we also offer your unique personality strengths. We include all of the positive attributes you possess, making you a good match for the position. These are often things that can’t be communicated simply by submitting a resume.
  • We often communicate directly with senior decision-makers (presidents and department heads).
    This gives us more influence and makes us privy to key information, which can be a significant advantage to candidates during the interview process.
  • Our introductions are managed discreetly and confidentially, so your privacy is not compromised.

05 Interview Coordination

We will coordinate all interviews with the companies we introduce you to and give you guidance on the following points to improve your chances of a successful interview:

  • Explain the interview process, including the number of interviews you will need to attend and the background of the people you will be meeting.
  • Educate you on the expectations for the position, including the types of questions you will be asked and how you can best prepare for these.

06 Offer Negotiation

Once you are offered a position, we help you negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions. We know the market and we can help negotiate on your behalf on important aspects of the offer such as:

  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Timing of your start date at the new company.
  • Position title and responsibilities.
  • Provide references if requested.

07 Resignation

We will advise and support you when you resign, making sure your resignation from your current employer goes as smoothly as possible. Some critical areas of support include:

  • Designing an action plan so you are confident in managing the resignation process professionally.
  • Advise you on how to manage a counter-offer from your current employer.
  • Help you prepare a resignation letter.
